Shipping Policy

Please allow at least 2 business days from when the order is placed to when the package is handed to the carrier. Orders placed after 4 pm EST are treated as if they came in the next business day. Estimated delivery dates are shown during the checkout process. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Shipping is only available in the continental US. If you have any questions, please feel free to email orderinfo@turtlesandtees.com


Return & Refund Policy

At Turtles and Tees, we place great emphasis on our customers absolutely loving our apparel. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will refund your purchase within 30 days of your original order date. Start your Return by emailing orderinfo@turtlesandtees.com with your order # in the subject of the email.

    Please note that we can only accept returns for items that have not been worn, washed, or altered. All original tags must be attached to all items being returned. Additionally, all items should be in their original plastic poly bag. To ensure that your refund is properly credited, please include your original packing slip in your return package. We reserve the right to decline refunds if the returned merchandise fails to meet our return policy requirements. We appreciate your patience during the return process, as it may take up to 5-10 days after receipt to process returns.

    Exchanges
     If you wish to exchange any item(s), we recommend that you make a separate purchase for the desired product and return the original item, using above instructions, to us for a smoother process. 

    Return Exceptions

    In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect Item from www.turtlesandtees.com, please report the item(s) within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.

    Missing packages must be reported within 14 days from the stated delivery date, as indicated by UPS.com, in order to investigate and replace your order.

    Pricing Exceptions

    A one-time price adjustment will be granted on a Full Price item(s) when an original invoice or order confirmation from www.turtlesandtees.com is presented within 10 days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at Full Price are not eligible for price adjustments.

    Exchanges
     If you wish to exchange any item(s), we recommend that you make a separate purchase for the desired product and return the original item to us for a smoother process. 

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
